How do I register my first fingerprints?
Step 1: Initial Setup
• Start with your padlock in the open position
• Press any finger to the sensor and hold until the blue light appears
• This activates registration mode
Step 2: First Finger Training
• Lift your finger completely once the blue light appears
• Repeatedly place the same finger back in slightly different positions
• Slightly rotate your finger (about 15°) with each press
• Do this for 10+ variations until the green light activates
• A red light means you need more position variation
Step 3: Second Finger Registration
• Once the green light appears, begin scanning your second finger
• Repeat the same process as in Step 2
• After the green light turns off, setup is complete
• Your padlock is now ready for normal use
What happens when my SmartLock's battery dies?

How do I add more fingerprints?
Step 1: Enter Registration Mode
• Unlock the padlock using any already-registered fingerprint
• Hold that same finger on the sensor until the blue light appears (about 5 seconds)
Step 2: Train New Fingerprint
• Lift your finger completely
• Press the new finger you want to register
• Slightly adjust the position with each press (rotate about 15°)
• Repeat this process 6–7 times until the green light appears
Step 3: Completion
• Green light means the new fingerprint was successfully registered
• The padlock automatically exits setup mode
• Test your new fingerprint right away to confirm it works
Is it easier to break than a regular padlock?

How do I remove fingerprints from the SmartLock?

• Unlock the padlock using any registered fingerprint
• Keep your finger on the sensor without letting go
• After about 20 seconds, the red light will turn on
• The lock has now reset and is ready for a new setup

What is your return and refund policy?
